FINANCES
Jehovah-Jireh Christian Academy is a non-profit organization, which operates from the fees listed in this brochure. JCA has an obligation to their employees; therefore students are considered enrolled for the entire school year. Tuition fees are calculated for the entire year, no reductions can be made for vacations or holidays. If a student withdraws or is expelled from the school the tuition balance must be paid in full at the time of withdrawal. Registration fees, tuition fees and fundraisers are the only source of income for the operating expenses of JCA. Please remember we are a ministry and consider us in your Christian giving.
Registration is due annually and includes the purchase of all consumable textbooks and a user fee for all non-consumable textbooks. This fee also includes student assignment sheets for 3rd grade – 12th, student I.D. and locker fee for grades 6th-12th. Parents/Guardians will be responsible for replacing lost or damaged books. The registration fee is due in full per child enrolling in our Academy or Center. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please review the parent-student handbook upon your receipt for additional policies regarding finances.
Lunch Program Information
Lunch must be paid by the year, semester or month. Lunch cannot be purchased daily. Parents must notify the school office in writing if your child /children will be bringing a bag lunch each month. Students in Pre-kindergarten –12th grade are permitted to bring their own lunch, but must provide their lunch for the entire month. Nothing can be sent for students in PreK-12th grade that has to be prepared, warmed or refrigerated. Students need to bring their own utensils and napkins, etc. Should you desire for your child/children to eat in the cafeteria you will have to notify the school office in writing one week before the beginning of the upcoming month.

EXTENDED CARE
Morning Care Hours:
6:45 a.m. – 7:45 a.m. $3.00 per hour
The morning care fee is due on the day of service.
Evening Care Hours:
3:15 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. $3.00 per hour
Evening care fees are due on the day of service. A fee sheet is available in the school office.
HOLIDAY CARE is provided for Jehovah-Jireh students in our preschool program only. Please refer to your annual school calendar for these dates.
NOTE: Students enrolled in our preschool program do not pay an additional fee for holiday care. You pay your regular weekly fee only. Holiday care will be provided according to the need for this service.
Additional Information
Acceptable forms of payment are check, cash, cashier check or money order. Credit cards payments are not accepted. Please make all checks payable to Jehovah- Jireh.
A $35.00 NSF fee will be charged for returned checks. After two NSF checks are received all future payments must be made in cash, cashier check or money order.
